About

I work on aeroelastic modelling and control of wind turbines. I am currently working on my PhD project with the title: "Concurrent Aero-Servo-Elastic Analysis and Design of Wind Turbines."

Aero-servo-elasticity (ASE) of wind turbines describes the interaction of the aerodynamic flow around the turbine, the servo actions by its controller, and its elastic vibrations. This research project aims at establishing tools and methods to integrate controller design in the current aerodynamic and structural design of wind turbines.

My research interests include: modelling and control of dynamical systems and estimation in general.

More specifically I work on  model predictive control (MPC), robust model predictive control (RMPC) and their applications on wind turbine control.
